Thanks for visiting the Challah Factory!

Challah and other baked goods are baked fresh at The Challah Factory in the East Valley JCC's kosher kitchen. 

Chef Melinda creates delicious baked goods each week, including challah, challah twists,   hamburger buns, chocolate chip mandel bread, Monkey Bread (pull-apart cinnamon bread) (all pareve) and chocolate chip cookies (dairy).  Featured treats for November are Pumpkin Bread, Pumpkin Bread with Chocolate Chips, Cornbread Muffins and Cranberry Orange Chocolate Chip Mandel Bread.  Check below for weekly baked good specials (marked "D" for dairy and "P" for pareve below). She also bakes special holiday and seasonal treats throughout the year.

All orders must be placed online by 5 p.m. Monday for that Friday's order.
(If orders are placed over the phone, payments are required at that time.)

Thanksgiving orders are due  by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20. Orders will be available for pick up on Tuesday, Nov. 26. The EVJCC will close early on Nov. 27 and be closed Nov. 28 and 29. 

 Orders are available for pick-up on Fridays, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. 

 The EVJCC kitchen is under the kosher supervision of Rabbi Michael Beyo.
