Cupcake Order Form

You can order cupcakes for your child's birthday! They will be delivered to your child's classroom on a Thursday or Friday. Orders must be placed by Monday of that week.

Cupcakes are $1 each, with a minimum of 12 per flavor and frosting choice. 

Cupcakes are nut-free and kosher.



The EVJCC kitchen is under the kosher supervision of Rabbi Michael Beyo.
